At the North Carolina Memorial Hospital - 101 Manning Drive, Chapel Hill, NC:

The General Clinical Research Center (GCRC) is located directly over the lobby on the 3rd floor
at the Main Hospital Building.

1. From the Visitor Parking Deck - Proceed to the Main Hospital entrance. It's on the far left as you face the hospital from the parking deck.
2. Enter lobby, take the hallway between the information desk and the pharmacy. Proceed down the hall that passed the escalators to the main elevators.
3. Take the main (M) elevators to the 3rd floor.
4. Immediately out of the elevator hall, turn to your left into the General Clinical Research Center lobby (hardwood floor).
5. As soon as you enter the GCRC lobby, turn left and go to the end of a short hall.
6. At the end of the short hall, turn right and go to end of that hall. You will see Outpatient Registration Desk to your right.
   

To get to the Hospital:

From the West

1. Take NC 54 East to Chapel Hill.
2. Exit at Columbia Street/US 15-501 and turn left onto South Columbia Street.
3. From South Columbia Street, turn right on Manning Drive.
4. Patient and visitor parking for the Hospitals and Clinical Cancer Center is available in the Dogwood and Cardinal decks. The Cardinal deck is one tenth of a mile past South Columbia Street on the right. The Dogwood deck is three tenths of a mile on the right.

From the South

1. Take US 15-501 North to Chapel Hill.
2. US 15-501 becomes South Columbia Street at the NC 54 intersection.
3. From South Columbia Street, turn right on Manning Drive.
4. Patient and visitor parking for the Hospitals and Clinical Cancer Center is available in the Dogwood and Cardinal decks. The Cardinal deck is one tenth of a mile past South Columbia Street on the right. The Dogwood desk is three tenths of a mile on the right.

From the North

1. Take NC 86 South (which becomes Airport Road) to downtown Chapel Hill.
2. Turn right onto Cameron Avenue (2nd light after Franklin Street) then make an immediate left onto Pittsboro Street. Bear left when the road splits.
3. Go straight across South Columbia Street and you will be on Manning Drive near UNC Hospitals.
4. Patient and visitor parking for the Hospitals and Clinical Cancer Center is available in the Dogwood and Cardinal decks. The Cardinal deck is one tenth of a mile past South Columbia Street on the right. The Dogwood deck is three tenths of a mile on the right.

From the East

1. Take 1-40 West to exit #273B.
2. Take NC 54 West to Chapel Hill. Take US 15-501 South to Manning Drive.
3. Turn right onto Manning Drive.
4. Patient and visitor parking for the Hospitals and Clinical Cancer Center is available in the Dogwood and Cardinal decks. The Dogwood deck is nine tenths of a mile from US 15-501 on the left. The Cardinal deck is 1.1 miles on the left.
